After Dr. Jón Bragi Bjarnason, professor of biochemistry at the University of Reykjavík, discovered that the workers in the fish halls of Reykjavík have very beautiful and supple skin despite working in icy seawater, he began research into enzymes from the depths of the Atlantic Ocean.

Dr. Jón Bragi Bjarnason, during his research work, repeatedly comes across the fact that the hands of fishermen are also much less affected than would be expected from their work. These effects are due to trypsins, which occur in particularly high concentrations in Atlantic cod. Subsequently, the medical and skin cosmetic effects of the enzymes will be thoroughly investigated scientifically.
